As bike riders, we loved the convenient bike storage and repair workshop available at the hotel.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with great communications and close proximity to attractions. the staff was pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Another advantage was the good price, offering 5-star comfort for a low price.

The air control in the rooms was not ideal, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, the lack of coffee/tea facilities in the rooms was a drawback.

Its staff and facilities were very good, and for us everything was good.

We did not want to leave and would return anytime, really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was astonishing and wonderful, for all tastes and very good value for money. Its location was very central, within walking distance of North Gate Tower.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, near the Old Town, making it a great location for exploring the city. The underground parking was convenient for those traveling by car. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with an extra bed available if needed. The staff provided good service and were attentive to our needs. The hotel also had a new television in the rooms, although it did not have a mini fridge, the functional air conditioning was a plus. The breakfast offered a variety of Polish specialties, catering to all tastes.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, with good décor, and were clean and fresh. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were able to conveniently visit attractions such as the Museum of History of Polish Jews and the former ghetto.
